Family Law Advocate – Family Advocate Support (FAS) Team

Terms: Temporary, Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Note this is a term position ending January 31, 2026, to cover parental leave

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum plus health and training benefits

Location: Vancouver, BC (hybrid or remote working arrangements are available)

Ideal start date: Immediately

The Family Law Advocate elevates the capacity of the Family Advocate Support (FAS) Team to meet the needs of clients through the provision of legal support and advocacy. The successful candidate will provide direct legal services to clients and supports other family law advocacy programs to help ensure that clients receive consistent levels and quality of service regardless of where they are in the province.
